The Resico ERP system is constantly evolving, improving the existing functionality of the system and continuously introducing new functions, which allow our customers to organize their daily work even more efficiently and promote the growth of sales volumes. From now on, Resico’s development and support teams will keep you updated on system additions. This time, a little insight into the developments of the last month.
Option to send invoice directly from system using SMTP e-mail integration module.
Now Resico ERP customers have option to send prepared sales Invoice as e-mail directly from Resico ERP interface.
In order to enable this functionality user must:
- Open “Client Profile”
- Navigate to “E-mail” tab
- Select “Enable e-mail functionality”
- Fill in all required information about their e-mail server and mail template to use.
Field Transaction Description added to sales Invoice
A new field “Transaction Description” has been introduced in sales invoices, as well as the possibility to add this column to the list view of sales invoices. This field is meant be used as internal note and is not printed in invoice. For those e-commerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Mozello, Prestashop) new field contains reference to e-commerce document.
New field is automatically available in Sales invoice form. In order to make it visible in Sales Invoice list use Show Columns setup icon on right upper corner of Invoice list.
Now you can change customer in sales invoice
Now Resico ERP will allow user to change customer in Open Sales Invoice as well as update customers data is there has been any change in Customer Card.
This approach enables to use “Use as templet” functionality in cases where similar invoices have to be created for several customers.
Sales Invoice Issuer information filled in automatically
Standard Sales Invoice template now contains placeholders with system user data and sales Invoice printout is automatically prefilled with this data. This saves time as user do not need to fill in this information after invoice is printed.
NOTE: This option can be disabled by modifying standard Sales Invoice template in Customer Profile section.
New report – “POS sales journal overview”
New report “POS sales journal overview” is now available in Resico ERP. Report provides aggregated POS sales data for selected period, location. Report replaces paper journals typically used in Latvian stores and restaurants.
New report is not visible to users. Customers administrative users can decide to whom this new report should be visible and add corresponding rights to those users in section “Administration” -> “Users”
Product label print – import from excel available
Import option has been implemented in Retail labels section. Now there is one more option to mass import product lists in to Retail label list. Now you can use – Bulk select from Product List, Export to labels from Purchase Order and newly implemented Import option.
Import function is available under button “Import lines” in “Retail Labels” section.
Also we have added option to have more than standard three layouts. in case your business needs more templates for your daily operations, reach out to Resico customer service by using our built in Customer support portal and we will add additional templates without extra cost.
Count of Active jobs indicator
Resico ERP customers having e-commerce integrations (Shopify, Mozello, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) can now monitor how many active synchronization jobs are currently running in background. Especially handy when you are waiting for some data to apper on e-commerce side – now you have indicator to look at. Indicator is shown only when there are active jobs and it located on upper left coroner of screen, right above user avatar.
