The Resico ERP system is constantly evolving, improving the existing functionality of the system and continuously introducing new functions, which allow our customers to organize their daily work even more efficiently and promote the growth of sales volumes. From now on, Resico’s development and support teams will keep you updated on system additions. This time, a little insight into the developments of the last month.
Since last new article we have implemented and improved following features in Resico ERP:
- Default values – now there is new section in “Client profile” called “Default vales”. This section allows you to specify default parameters for product cards and sales invoices. Using default parameters significantly reduces the number of clicks in the system when creating new products or preparing a sales invoice.
- Multilanguage e-mail templates – now in E-mail configuration you have option to translate e-mail templates.
- Additional fields for invoice options in the customer profile – we have added option to indicate VAT to use in invoice. If indicated system will use this VAT instead of VAT from product card. This feature, combined with the Price Groups functionality, greatly simplifies invoicing, for example, for foreign companies when non-standard VAT rates and other prices need to be indicated on the invoice.
- Product names in Sales Invoice lines can now be modified. In cases where the product name needs to be corrected or translated just for a specific invoice, this makes the work much easier.
- Following customer requests, the option to give a 100% discount to a sales invoice line and use 0 prices has also been introduced.
