Especially for young entrepreneurs – you won’t always have 6 thousand for the cash register system – it was a very good solution that you can simply rent the system, because those funds can be invested elsewhere, which would also be wiser. Tell us about your company, what do you do?

We are engaged in the production of food products – sauces, spices, marinades. It is one part of a our company, where we have about 45 products in our assortment, with a total of about 400 customers. We also export products to 6 countries. We cook, operate and move forward with very fast steps!

The other small section of the company, which is also a marketing weapon, is also our burgers. We are the best-selling product in Riga, for almost a year now. Overall our corporate vision and development is very, very fast. We try to introduce people with something new and unseen, we succeed by working very hard.

When and why did you start looking for a new cash register system and warehouse accounting system?

When opening a burger restaraunt and building a trailer, something just had to be thought of. At first, of course, we looked at various offers. IBSC’s offer was understandable in price, attitude, there was a wide enough range of offers where we can implement our needs. Everything is and was very simple – money and attitude.

Where did you find IBSC company?

I found it on Google, or somewhere I don’t even remember. I went to the office, talked to the guys. It’s clear that we also talked to other companies, but IBSC we liked the most, it was faster, simpler and one, two, ready! We make more or less all decisions about human relations, sometimes we are even ready to overpay. If there is no relationship, then we are absolutely not interested in anything at all.

Why did you decide to choose RESICO cash register system?

I can’t say that we sat for 2 days and tried to put the pros and cons on paper, thought for a week, to reflect on this decision. No, this never happens with any idea in our company. We dicide – to do something or not to do, that’s all, a matter of five minutes.

In response to the question, it was the price, human relations and a good offer – that was all that convinced us in favor of the RESICO system. We will not even consider any other offers from competitors. It is clear that competitors have come, pushed and tried to seduce us, but if we are truly together with someone, then we can say that we are not for sale.

Tell us about your experience installing a cash register system and a warehouse system?

Everything was very simple and I didn’t see any problems. We sent what needs to be assembled in the cash register and warehouse system, everything was also brought, assembled, sent, put on. Everything was fast, on time – as we asked.

The system is so multifunctional so we don’t know everything completely yet. Due to the work load it remains in the background.

How do you rate the communication with IBSC employees, both during the introduction phase and now?

We have a lot of work. The question is whether we have communication at all – and there is none, because we do not ask for anything. If something is really needed, I call quickly, demand that it is needed immediately, tomorrow, the day after – everything is arranged and we get help quickly. Those who are our partners, they need to understand that we solve the problems immediately, we can try to get into them after.

Communication with IBSC employees has been few in number, but it has been great! If it wouldn’t be great, we wouldn’t be with IBSC.

Which of the RESICO system features do you value the most?

Of the system itself, we probably use 5%. What are we doing? We enter the warehouse, we enter the invoices, I look at the reports, how online purchases are made, how people buy. The fact that we should go into it much more thoroughly – yes, we have talked about it for a long time, there is simply no physical time for it at the moment.

Would you recommend other entrepreneurs to choose the RESICO system? Why?

Yes, because it is profitable, convenient, simple, I think that the price is affordable, the perception is understandable, with a nice attitude and helpful business partners. I don’t even know any problem to name why not to choose IBSC. I liked the offer of not having to buy the system. It was good that there were several options and devices that we could choose from. Taking this new, smaller device, everything was also fast, prompt, brought, installed. One, two, three and you’re done!
